How to Fund an ibot® PMD

Mobius Mobility is here to assist you in funding your mobility device. With our assistance, many ibot® PMD users have accessed a combination of funding sources – from insurance to non-profit support, grants, and financing, just to name a few. We have full time staff members committed to making the ibot® PMD financially accessible for you.

What Funding Resources are Available to You?

Funding an ibot® PMD is different for every individual. For most users, a combination of funding sources is used. Use the buttons below to check out the potential funding options available to you.

Medicare

The ibot® PMD is coded for Medicare and Mobius Mobility is a Medicare Participating Provider. Reimbursement is available for eligible beneficiaries under Medicare guidelines, and Mobius Mobility can bill Medicare on their behalf.

Insurance

Mobius Mobility is also accredited through ACHC and can now direct bill many private insurance plans, striving to help you receive the maximum allowable benefit. For a review of potential coverage and benefits, reach out to us at

Now, many people with insurance can purchase an ibot® PMD with financial support from their health plan, and Mobius Mobility can bill on their behalf.

Workers Compensation

Hurt on the job and require a power wheelchair as a result? We have successfully obtained funding from a variety of federal and state plans. If you have an open claim related to your mobility needs, talk to your claim specialist and call us for more information

Vocational Rehab

Vocational Rehab can often be a source of funds when a power wheelchair is needed for work or obtaining work. If you need to travel across uneven surfaces, be eye level with customers and coworkers, switch between indoor and outdoor work environments, or have other vocational needs that an ibot® PMD can meet you may qualify. Veterans Administration

Qualified veterans who receive their care through the Veterans Administration can receive an ibot® PMD fully covered under VA Federal Supply Schedule # 36F79721D0202. Demo devices of the ibot® PMD are available at select VA Spinal Cord Injury and Disorder Centers for demonstration, evaluation and training purposes. Credit Unions and Financing

Mobius Mobility has partnered with two international credit unions to provide ibot® PMD-specific financing with competitive rates, similar to car loans!
